Coordinate activities of Grade Level Directors

NON-CONTACT FOOTBALL OPERATIONS

Coordinate all aspects of spring 1-8th grade and fall 1-3 grade flag football

• Create teams  
• Recruit and train coaches and officials  
• Create schedule for practices and games  
• Maintain Flag football rules & equipment 

COMMUNICATIONS

• Maintains, creates, and publishes updates and events on both print and on social media
• Maintains MGYFA website
• Keeps coaches, players and parents up-to-date on news, events, camps and MGYFA fundraising through social media, app notifications and website/Email.

FUNDRAISING

The Fundraising Committee is tasked with developing and implementing creative strategies to raise funds for the Spring/Fall non-contact and Fall tackle seasons

• Coordinating events
• Engaging with the community
• Exploring innovative fundraising opportunities to support the financial needs of the association
• Identifying sponsorship opportunities

TACKLE GRADE LEVEL DIRECTORS

Ensure Grade Level Success

• Coordination of recruiting
• Coach development and teambuilding
•  Issue escalation

Two positions 9-Man Tackle (4th-6th Grade); 11-Man Tackle (7th & 8th Grade)

EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT

• Helmet inventory management including ordering/refurbishment and helmet check-in and check-out coordination
• Ensure hard good management of field gear, practice gear and coaches bag inventory
• Coordinate soft-good distribution and ordering
