MGYFA & N1 Training

MGYFA is excited to partner with N1 Motion for another year and offer Performance Camps throughout the Winter and Spring to work on your Speed and Agility for Football!


Take your game to the next level at the MGYFA Performance Camp powered by N1 Motion. This camp is an elite speed, agility, and skills training experience designed for youth football players grades 2nd through 8th. 


Led by N1 Motion’s top-tier coaches who are former collegiate players with years of high-level coaching and performance training experience, this camp delivers proven, science-backed methods that produce real results on the field.


Each high-intensity 60-minute session includes: 


1. N1 Speed & Agility Training 

Master the mechanics that help athletes develop game changing speed: explosive first-step acceleration, top-end speed, deceleration control, and multi-directional change of direction. Our research-based curriculum is built to make your athlete faster and more explosive.


2. Position-Specific Football Skill Development  

Sharpen the details that win games: precise footwork, route-running, hand placement, ball security, blocking technique, tackling mechanics, coverage skills, creating separation, throwing accuracy, and hand-eye coordination. Every drill is football-specific and designed to translate on the field.


3.Competitive Gameplay

We end every session with 1-on-1 battles, 3-on-3, and game-like scenarios that build confidence, instincts, and that competitive edge.


Help your athlete optimize their athleticism and develop the skills necessary to dominate the upcoming season. 


Ages

All athletes—boys and girls in 2nd through 8th grade—currently playing Flag or Tackle Football are welcome to participate.

When

Multiple Session Options Available

Families may choose from the following MGYFA Performance Camp sessions powered by N1 Motion:

  • Winter Session: February 3 – March 12
  • Spring Session 1: March 17 – April 23
  • Spring Session 2: April 28 – June 4
  • Summer Session 1: June 9 – July 30

All sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00–7:00 PM.

N1 Motion Training Facility: 8376 89th Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445

Tuesday and Thursdays from 6-7PM.

Attire

Please come dressed in comfortable workout attire, such as shorts or joggers and a T‑shirt. Be sure to bring shoes that have not been worn outdoors and are free of any weather-related debris.
