Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

MGYFA & N1 Football camp

100% up to 24 hours before the camp starts.

MGYFA & N1 Training

If you are injured, or opt to cancel before the start of camp, a refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued once the camp starts.

MGYFA Flag Football

It is our hope at MGYFA that every player that registers for the season ultimately decides to play the entire season. We do understand that outside circumstances can impact those plans. In those situations, our refund policy is below. All refunds are for MGYFA fees only, Crossbar Registration Fees listed at checkout are non-refundable. Before First Practice/Game - 50% After the First Game - No refunds will be issued.

MGYFA Tackle Football

Refunds are based on the timing of a participant’s withdrawal from the program. All refunds are calculated on MGYFA program fees only and do not include the cost of the jersey, which is non‑refundable once ordered. Before Evaluation or the First Practice: A 75% refund of MGYFA program fees will be issued, minus the cost of the jersey. After Evaluation / Before the First Game: A 50% refund of MGYFA program fees will be issued, minus the cost of the jersey. After the First Game: No refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted in accordance with MGYFA procedures. Processing timelines may vary.
